About the Opportunity
The Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) Program is a six-month accelerator designed to support emerging leaders working in human rights and gender justice. This virtual program equips fellows with the tools, networks, and mentorship needed to scale their social impact initiatives.
Through expert coaching, peer collaboration, and structured training, participants strengthen their leadership capacity and refine their advocacy strategies. Fellows meet twice a month via Zoom, receive individualized coaching, and work on a real-world project they pitch at the end of the program. After completion, fellows can compete for grant funding to support and expand their initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be 25–35 years old (exceptions may be considered)
- Have at least 3 years of experience in human rights advocacy, activism, community organizing, or social entrepreneurship
- Demonstrate active work in gender justice or related fields
- Show leadership experience and measurable impact
- Be fluent in English
- Commit to full participation throughout the program

Program Expectations & Time Commitment
Fellows are expected to:
