The OMLA Fellowship Program 2026 is the flagship project of the Next Leaders’ Initiative for Sustainability (NELIS). Since its inception, OMLA has engaged over 4,000 young leaders, each committed to creating ripple effects of positive change across the continent.

Participants undergo intensive online training focused on the five OMLA pillars, designed to shift mindsets and equip them with the tools needed for sustainable community development.
