The One Acre Fund Future Leaders Program 2026 is a paid leadership development opportunity for early-career African professionals passionate about agriculture, rural development, and social impact. This 12-month program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and accelerated career growth within one of Africa’s most influential nonprofit social enterprises supporting millions of smallholder farmers. Participants in the One Acre Fund Future Leaders Program work on real projects across operations, partnerships, and strategy while building leadership skills that prepare them for long-term impact careers. The program is open to candidates with 2–4 years of experience who already have work authorization in eligible African countries including Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, Burundi, and Malawi.
