Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants should:
- Be a citizen or resident of Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, or Uganda
- Be an early-career professional, recent graduate, or junior faculty member
- Have at least two years of relevant work experience or be currently employed
- Work in a One Health or public health-related field (e.g., medicine, veterinary science, environmental science, policy, gender studies, media, community development, etc.)
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Be actively contributing to health-related work in their community or region
