About the Opportunity
Mid-career growth often reaches a point where local experience alone is not enough. That’s where this fellowship comes in, offering a structured, immersive experience inside the United States for professionals already making an impact in their fields.
The program runs for about a year, blending academic coursework with hands-on professional engagement. Fellows are placed at selected U.S. universities and institutions where they can deepen their knowledge, connect with peers across sectors, and gain insight into how systems operate at a global level.
Rather than awarding a degree, the focus is on practical learning, policy exposure, leadership development, and cross-cultural exchange. Participants also complete internships aligned with their professional backgrounds, ensuring the experience remains relevant to their career trajectory.
