About the Opportunity

The LGT Impact Fellowship 2026 connects experienced business professionals with organisations in the global portfolios of LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock. Over a 12-month full-time engagement, Fellows work directly with non-profit organisations or impact-driven companies to strengthen operational capacity and accelerate positive impact.

Fellows typically focus on building systems, improving processes, coaching local teams, and applying private-sector expertise to help organisations scale sustainably. The program emphasizes knowledge transfer and succession planning to ensure long-term impact beyond the Fellowship period.

In addition to hands-on experience, Fellows join a global peer network and participate in a one-week kick-off workshop in Kenya, fully funded by the program.
