Application Deadline: June 26, 2026
The Katsina State Government has opened applications for the Katsina State Special Foreign Scholarship Program 2026, a fully funded opportunity that will sponsor outstanding students to study Medicine (MBBS) in Russian universities.
The initiative, approved by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, aims to support academically talented students from across the state and provide them with access to quality medical education abroad. For many young people who dream of becoming medical doctors but face financial barriers, this program offers a rare opportunity to pursue that goal through government sponsorship.
Applications are now being accepted from qualified indigenes of Katsina State who wish to study MBBS in Russia under the state’s Special Foreign Scholarship Program.
