About the Opportunity
The Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) Program is a six-month accelerator designed to support emerging leaders working in human rights and gender justice. This virtual program equips fellows with the tools, networks, and mentorship needed to scale their social impact initiatives.
Through expert coaching, peer collaboration, and structured training, participants strengthen their leadership capacity and refine their advocacy strategies. Fellows meet twice a month via Zoom, receive individualized coaching, and work on a real-world project they pitch at the end of the program. After completion, fellows can compete for grant funding to support and expand their initiatives.
In 2026, the program will select 45 fellows from around the world. If you are looking for a legal-focused career path in public service, you should also check the Weil Legal Innovators Program 2026, which offers a $60,000 salary.
