- Hold a previous degree obtained outside Flanders
- Not currently enrolled in a Flemish institution (except preparatory students starting in Sept 2026)
- Apply through only one Flemish institution
- Be willing to obtain at least half of the programme credits in Flanders
Not eligible:
- Distance learning, preparatory, or bridging programmes
- Students already studying full-time in Flanders
- Applicants combining this scholarship with certain other major awards
